• Excel Trainers: 3500 RUB.
• Pro Trainers*: 4400 RUB.

*Pricing also applies to all specific private instruction - Yoga, Pilates, Aqua-Aerobics, and pre and post-natal programs.

Pre-Paid Package Discounts

• 10 Sessions - 5% Off ( must be used within 3 months)
• 25 Sessions - 10% Off ( must be used within 6 months)
• 50 Sessions - 15% Off ( must be used within 12 months)

All personal training sessions are performed in the lower level training studio in the Ritz-Carlton, Moscow.  Personal training sessions may also be performed inthe comfort of your hotel room for an additional 1300 RUB. surcharge.

Off-Location Personal Training Sessions

• Pro-Trainers: 7500 RUB.*

There is a 2000 RUB. surcharge for all sessions taking place outside of The Ritz-Carlton, Moscow.
