APPROACH:
I train people for maximum results, and you get what you put into it. I tailor people's training according to their goals, personality, and lifestyle, but I demand maximum results for myself and my clients. If you believe, you can achieve, but if you make excuses, you get nothing.
PERSONALLY:
A lot of stretching, super setting and drop sets. I focus on one body part per session, short workouts, training seven days a week. No days off.
