All our classes at Complete Body and Spa are taught by certified, educated professionals. We encourage all our members to take advantage of this great way to keep fit and have fun...beginners though experienced exercisers will all find the perfect classes to fit their ability, interests and schedules. We all need a bit of encouragement sometimes to stay the course, our instructors are here to help you be acountable for your fitness!
Classes change monthly and we would love your input to help us better construct our schedule to meet your needs.
