WHAT IS PILATES?
 
Pilates is an exercise system designed to target and strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and improve overall health.  Exercises are performed on a mat or on specially designed Pilates equipment.  Pilates strengthens the core, improves balance, decreases stress, alleviates back pain and tones the entire body.
 
Complete Body offers private and semi-private Pilates sessions at our custom, professional Pilates studio as well as Pilates mat classes in our group fitness room.

Our studio has all the top Pilates equipment including:

  • Cadilac
  • Reformer
  • Wunda Chair and Barrel

Our Pilates instructors are experts in their field, with a wide range of accreditations and years of professional work experience.
